Father Tom will be saying a monthly Mass for all parish volunteers. The work of parish volunteers is so important and very much appreciated. Details of which Masses will be offered for the intention will be in the newsletter.
A Mass can be offered for any good intention e.g., in remembrance, to thank God, or to help someone in need. Mass can also be offered for a private intention if you do not want the recipient to know. When requesting a Mass intention most people make a minimum offering of £10.00, this is to contribute to the material things that are involved in celebrating that particular Mass. If someone doesn't have the money, a Mass will still be offered for the intention.
If you would like to request a Mass intention please contact stjohn.melton@dioceseofnottingham.uk.
